Receipt for 'Boerenkool'(Farmers cabbage)

1 kg.boerenkool
1,5 kg patatos
200 gr.fresh bacon
1 smoked sausage
pepper
salt
Clean the cabbage, remove the veins and boil in a few water
with the bacon for about 20 minutes.
Remove and chip the cabage, peel and cut the patatos.
Fill a big bowl with approx.3 dl. water, apply successively the patatos,
the bacon, the chipped cabage and sausage in the bowl.
Add 1 spoon salt to the bowl.
Boil on a low fire for 30 min.
